How is postage calclulated? We use Australia Post calculators and actual in-person Australia Post quotes to decide on our postal rates. These are generally based on the total weight of your order and the zone of the destination. This means that you can order a large number of smaller items (they don't weigh much) for the same price as ordering just one. As you add items to your order, choose your shipping zone and then click on 'recalculate' to see the effect (or not) on postage.
Can I collect my items? We are offering free pick-up for Boppin' Babies clients. We will arrange for your items to be delivered to your music group venue for collection.
What I want isn't listed, can you get it in? If what you are looking for isn't listed on our site, just email email@example.com. We are constantly researching new stock with the aim of meeting the needs of our customers.There's a good chance we can either get it in or point you in the right direction.
The item I want is out of stock, when will it be available? If what you are looking for is out of stock it means you have good taste and that it is a popular item!. We are continually restocking but if you need it quickly, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be able to tell you how long it will take and put one aside for you so you don't miss out again.
How long after I order and pay for my item does it get sent? We aim to ship all orders within two working days of your order and payment being received. If there are any delays, we will email you directly.
Where is my item? Shipments are lodged in Brisbane, with different Australia Post delivery times applicable to each zone. Examples of expected delivery times, following our lodgement of the parcel are provided below:
Brisbane: 1 - 3 days
Queensland, NSW, Vic, ACT: 2 - 3 days
SA, WA, NT, Tas, Norfolk: 4 - 6 days

I'm a Registered Music Therapist... do discounts apply and what can you offer me? Yes, we offer discounts on most products to RMTs. We are more than happy to put together a quote for the products you require so that you can consider your options. We are very aware of the needs of RMTs and with years of experience as an RMT, and in purchasing for MT programs and facilities, we can also lend support and advice as required. Just drop Sheryl a line on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you'd like to go ahead and order online, just select 'invoice me' when you reach the payment section and send Kate a note to let her know you are an RMT or MT student. We will then invoice you with the discount applied. That way you can pay it yourself or have your workplace pay if you wish.
